Particularly if you're a freelancer working on Mac OS X, as many of us are, with the dearth of good time-tracking options, this site is for you. I've been using TimeTool for the last 2 years and finally couldn't take the bother of rewriting my invoices anymore, and I wrote this site to fit my own billing needs. Hopefully it will fit yours, too.

MyHourly is not complete accounting software for your business. It doesn't let you track employees’ time or do your taxes. For that you want Quickbooks or some equivalent. What MyHourly does very well is let you create job cards, set flat and hourly rates by job or by session, and punch in within seconds, without any learning curve or excess baggage.

All your billed hours and fees go into an open invoice for that job, which can then be marked saved and downloaded as a crisp PDF file prepared to your specifications, with your own logo or letterhead at the top.

There's nothing to download. All the tracking takes place online. If you go offline, your MyHourly account will take you right back to where you left off when you return. The clock keeps running.

Best of all, since it's all Flash/AMFPHP, the window can be resized while you're working to provide a convenient dashboard reference. In the future, I plan to provide an OS X widget as well.
